We researched for about 2 years for the right contractor to remodel our kitchen. After reading reviews, checking photo galleries, and business reputations, we decided to hire Lichty Building group. This was the best decision! Apparently we were unique in the style of kitchen that we wanted, so the process to get started was slow going. But once everything was designed: layout, cabinets, flooring, hardware, appliances etc, the process was expected to take 6-10 weeks. Chandler was assigned as our Superintendent to over see the project and he was an absolute dream to work with. His professionalism, demeanor, knowledge, communication and patience was what made our ideas become a reality. He made sure we had a functional kitchen for our families Thanksgiving celebration! Every detail wasn’t complete, but the dinner came off without a hitch. The customizing required was absolutely beautiful, and at just under 10 weeks the project was completed. We started our project by using their design services (Auld House Design) which was really helpful to us. We were able to see graphics of how our ultimate end result would look. Only one word to describe Lichty Building Group team. IMPECCABLE. These guys did some repair work on my home that no other construction companies would do because I did not have a NEW home!! We used Lichty Building Group as our builders for our pool house. Bill Owens was the project manager and we couldn't have been more happy working with him. His communication was impeccable and he kept us updated every step of the way. We've worked with other builders in the past and we've struggled with getting them to give us much needed updates and general communication. Bill was exactly the opposite of that. His timelines were realistic and if he said he was going to do something, he did.

After interviewing several builders, Daniel Lichty was our choice to build our "dream home." Daniel Lichty was prompt his men were always on time very courteous and friendly. He was willing to listen to what I wanted and design it and build it on the spot. For instance I wanted a cabinet built for my bathroom to go between the sinks even though I had a mirror across the entire wall in front of the sinks. He built the cabinet and framed the mirror it looks like it was always there. I love it. He met the deadline and stayed on budget. I'm going to hire him next to redo my kitchen. I can't wait.
